DOMINION just completed the funding of a cash out refinance on an owner-user medical office building for $5,750,000.  The loan provided the owner funds to acquire an additional office building as well as reimburse for building renovations.  This portfolio loan was aggressively underwritten to provide substantially more loan amount than the traditional conduit lenders could provide.
