DOMINION just completed the funding of a $7,000,000 cash-out refinance on a rental car facility located at a major international airport.  The loan for this special purpose property was amortized over 25 years and fixed at 2.25% above the corresponding treasuries for the 5-year term.  DOMINION was able to overcome the uniqueness of the property as well as some environmental issues.
