DOMINION just completed the funding of a cash-out refinance on an assisted living and Alzheimer’s campus for $4,900,000.  The loan provided the independent owner/operator funds to add additional beds based on a projected DCR of 1.25x.  This portfolio loan was aggressively underwritten to provide substantially more loan amount than the traditional conduit lenders could provide.
