We look for the potential to add value for well-located properties supported by strong and experienced owners and operators. Our non-recourse mezzanine funds can be leveraged to 85% LTV and our equity contribution is typically up to 90% of the equity requirement with a minimum 10% sponsor co-investment. Properties in primary and tertiary markets considered. Will consider requests as low as $2,000,000. I look forward to discussing any potential transaction with you.
