a good handle on healthcare finance issues and understand what drives

Olson, Executive Vice President
I
have been with Dominion since 1987. My responsibilities include
loan originations, underwriting and serve as Dominion’s
liaison to our capital partners and investors. In this capacity,
I am available to see your transaction through from the point
of origination to the loan closing.
I am available
to discuss with you any new loan originations as well as assist
you in adding value to structure even the most difficult transactions.
Loren
Thall, Vice President
I
have been with Dominion since 1995. I am responsible for originating
new commercial and healthcare real estate loan transactions as
well as underwriting existing loans in our pipeline. As an underwriter,
I have a unique understanding of the intricacies of the deals
and can provide quick answers and solutions to borrowers and brokers.
I am also
a licensed broker by the California Department of Real Estate
and my education includes a bachelor’s degree in real
estate finance. I am available to discuss your loan request
at anytime and I look forward to hearing from you.
Valerie Pang, Vice President
I have been with Dominion since 1991.
My responsibilities include the origination of commercial and
residential loans. My expertise
includes underwriting of smaller commercial loan transactions
and conforming and jumbo residential mortgage loans. My goal is
to structure a financing program that meets my borrower’s
specific needs.
I am a graduate in Business Finance from the University of Southern
